📍 Location: Multiple positions across Texas

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled 1:1 care to patients based on their personalized plan of care
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies with precision
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of nursing interventions and outcomes
• Educate and empower patients and families on managing conditions, self-care, and prevention
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care that leads to improved outcomes

✅ What You Need to Apply:

• Active Texas LVN License (Required)
• License in good standing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective time management and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and resolve conflicts professionally
• Home Health Experience Preferred , but not required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship or permit assistance provided)
