Logistics Specialist
Looking for a motivated Logistics Specialist to support both domestic and international freight operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to global shipping, trade compliance, and end-to-end shipment coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of shipments from start to finish.
Requirements
- Entry level type role with 1-2 years of experience in logistics preferred
- Baseline knowledge of domestic and/or international freight processes
- Exposure to carriers, freight forwarders, Incoterms, or import/export documentation is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communicator with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments from booking through delivery
- Work directly with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare and review shipping and basic import/export documentation
- Track shipments, resolve issues, and communicate updates clearly
- Support compliance with Incoterms and trade requirements
