Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation. Review Advanced Directives and provide education to residents and family members as needed. Help provide a smooth admission and discharge process for residents and family members. Other duties as assigned by Director of SW or facility Administrator Qualifications: Prior experience managing staff is preferred. Ability to work independently or part of a group. Computer knowledge.
