Job Description Experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Perform skilled HVAC repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance to ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues with precision and urgency. Complete work orders independently and document all maintenance activities using email or digital tracking systems. Maintain detailed records of materials, time, and repairs according to company processes. Ensure all HVAC work meets compliance and safety standards, following a structured and consistent approach. Support small property-level projects as needed, prioritizing efficiency and accuracy. Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work area with respect for personal and resident spaces. Strong diagnostic and repair skills for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. EPA certification (Type I and II or Universal) required. Proven ability to manage multiple maintenance requests independently with attention to detail. Reliable communication via email or digital reporting. Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform work in varied weather conditions. Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and follow established processes in a fast-paced environment.
