Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and skilled
Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community. This position is responsible for maintaining the property, completing work orders, and ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for our residents.
Responsibilities: - Complete routine maintenance and repair work orders in a timely manner
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairs
- Prepare apartments for move-ins (make-readies/turns)
- Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Communicate professionally with residents and management
Qualifications: - Previous apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors
