Medical Operations Associate Position: Major Tasks 1. Plan, coordinate, and execute internal activities, including team meetings, training sessions, and seminars, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled effectively. 2. Manage logistics for external events, including conferences, workshops, and stakeholder meetings, ensuring all arrangements are in place for successful execution. 3. Handle activity application processes, on-site support, and follow up on project payments related to external events. 4. Maintain effective communication with all team members, play an active role as a coordinator. And act as a liaison between the Medical Affairs team and external partners, ensuring smooth coordination of activities. 5. Support budget tracking for internal activities and external events, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and organizational requirements. 6. Implement Purchase order for creative agency, including translation, slides making, paper writing, design, etc. Deal with PO payment, various payments settlement as requested. 7.
