The Impact You'll Make: As an Account Coordinator on the Servicing team, you’ll join the team that is the heart and voice of Mission Lane, helping thousands of callers each day. Day-by-day you'll embody our purpose— enabling financial progress —by serving as the friendly voice on the other end of the line, assisting Mission Lane credit cardholders in our virtual call center. As an Account Coordinator, you will: Serve as the voice of Mission Lane, engaging with existing and potential customers over the phone in regards to a variety of issues. Communicate with empathy, curiosity, and respect, in order to identify the most effective way to assist the caller. Ensure compliance with policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements, while delivering high-quality customer service. Complete after-call work with accuracy and efficiency. Minimum Qualifications: 1+ year of customer service experience in any industry. Proactive , with the ability to find answers independently . Curious , with strong judgment to quickly process situations and identify solutions. Skilled at building rapport and connecting with others. Able to stay calm and composed in difficult conversations, recovering quickly from challenges. Strong verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, easy-to-understand language . Comfortable using technology , learning new software, and navigating multiple tools. Fast and accurate typing skills . Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement .
