Who you are You Have Significant internship experience at hyper‑growth startups and/or leading big tech companies A CS degree from a top university Strong product sense High degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously You’re excited to work in‑person, talk to customers, and build products that professionals rely on every day. Our rapidly growing and collaborative team values openness, high feedback, and continuous learning. What you’ll do Develop novel AI products, providing customers with entirely new workflows. Work directly with customers (you’ll be visiting their offices with us) to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions. Prototype and integrate AI pipelines (e.g., retrieval‑augmented generation) to prove out new workflows. Lead by example through mentoring future hires, pairing, and code reviews.
