Key Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally, serving as the first point of contact for customers and partners.
• Manage billing to distributors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare invoices and estimates using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Utilize Smartsheet software to organize tasks, track projects, and support business operations.
• Maintain and update customer profiles, developing a thorough understanding of customer needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn: Demonstrate openness to new tasks and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable with accounting and billing tasks: Prior experience or strong aptitude in financial processes.
• Strong customer focus: Ability to provide excellent service and build positive relationships with customers.
• Experience with software tools: Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and Smartsheet is preferred.
