Position Overview

We're seeking a versatile Office Manager to support our growing operations in a hybrid role. You'll work primarily remotely but pop into our Redmond office 1-2 times a week to handle packages, shipping, and other hands-on tasks. This is your chance to be the operational wizard behind the scenes, keeping our team humming while contributing to our mission of building trust through innovation and customer satisfaction. If you love juggling details, learning new tools, and helping a startup scale, this role is your playground!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage emails and calendars like a pro, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Coordinate logistics and schedules with customers to keep projects on track and deliveries smooth.
• Prep us for trade shows – from planning to execution, making sure we shine!
• Upload receipts and handle administrative tasks to support our bookkeepers.
• Oversee internet ordering, shipment tracking, and inventory management.
• Set up and maintain back-end systems for product tracking, streamlining our processes.
• Edit our website and assist with fun, engaging social media posts to boost our online presence.
• Dive into ad-hoc projects that keep our startup agile and ahead of the curve.
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience with Microsoft M365/Office suite and a comfort level with technology that lets you adapt quickly.
• Familiarity with AI tools (or eagerness to learn) is a fantastic plus – we're all about evolving!
• WordPress expertise would be an incredible bonus to help us level up our digital game.
• Ideally, a college degree, paired with high motivation, self-starter energy, and impeccable attention to detail.
• A genuine enjoyment of writing, plus a knack for sales and a passion for marketing – you'll be helping us tell our story and connect with customers.
• Someone who loves learning, craves meaningful work that fuels business growth, and thrives in the center of the action.
