Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, phone, and SMS
- Assist with orders, refunds, and product recommendations
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records

- 1+ year of customer service or e-commerce experience
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Familiarity with Shopify and CRM tools
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
