About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) at Pathway Family Services. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our facility is safe, clean, and meets all regulatory standards. You’ll also manage staff, oversee logistics like meal planning and transportation, and ensure that the environment supports the therapeutic needs of our residents.
