About the Role

The Patient Services Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day front office management, staff coordination, and delivering an outstanding patient experience. This role is central to both operational success and patient satisfaction. What You'll Do

• Lead front office operations, including opening/closing the clinic
• Supervise and train administrative staff
• Welcome and check in/out patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointment scheduling, payments, and follow-ups
• Support patient onboarding, retention, and satisfaction initiatives
• Serve as a point of contact for EMR usage
• Maintain compliance with documentation and licensing standards
• Oversee office supplies, vendors, and facility needs
• Assist with basic clinical and administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in a front desk or administrative role in a medical setting
• 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience with EMR systems
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint
• A genuine interest in women’s health and patient-centered care
