Pay Rate- $18-20 Will you pay more for rock stars - no ***Travel for when they are temps: candidates MUST have Drivers license and vehicle. Cannot rely on someone getting a ride from someone or bus route. Must be able to travel! Big part of the job. Eventually will get company vehicle to get to sites. Opportunities to carpool but candidate should be able to drive to job sites if necessary.
Once they are hired on: They do let guys take company vehicles to job sites. Must have clean driving record to drive their vehicles.
Shift hours will vary at different job sites but normally 7am - 3:30pm. Could be working night shift depending on jobs. Not often but does happen Interview: Yes will have a phone screen with Chris.
Drug Screen- yes (done by PCS) Background Check No Background
Copy of company guidelines- 3 most important things client needs this person to have - Physically able to work long hours, Valid Drivers License and Vehicle., Experience in the Construction industry ideal but not required.
Job Description/Duties - Must have a valid drivers license and be able to travel to job sites if needed
- WILL BE WORKING IN A WAREHOUSE.
- Some type of construction background as they will work outside in the elements
- Must be safety minded
- Able to follow directions, stay on task, and work with minimal supervision
- This person could be supervising people if they are reliable and can be at work every day
- Looking for candidates that have experience with demolition contractors, general contractors, or excavating companies
Physical Demands - Very Physically Demanding Job!
- Will be lifting heavy items throughout the day more than likely
- Moving parts of concrete, brick, flooring, wood, etc.
- Will be working 8-10 hour shifts mostly.
- Will be working on their feet throughout entire shift
Hiring Process - Screen candidate. Complete paperwork. Ensure they have hard hat, glasses and steel toes.

Will they hire this person on or is this simply a contract assignment - i f the person is reliable (attendance is key), if they can follow directions, if they produce when they are on the site they will hire on!
