Principal I&C Engineer

Location: New Stanton, US

About the role:

As a Principal I & C Engineer, you will help support our Procurement Engineering group.

You will report to the Manager of Procurement Engineering and be located at the New Stanton, PA facility. This position is hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering of I&C power supply product line
• Manage quotes and orders
• Create accurate, detailed AutoCAD electrical drawings showing components, power supply designs, interconnections, and wiring diagrams
• Create design, assembly, installation drawing packages, design specifications, Bill of Materials, test procedures and technical manuals
• Support site installations, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairs
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to support needs
• Manage obsolescence of product line
• Establish equipment setups/monitoring for seismic, environmental, and EMC tests
• Help with final acceptance and testing, including diagnostics

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience
• Bachelor of Science Degree in ABET-Accredited Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent
• Design experience or knowledge of:
• Power supply design
• Analog circuit design
• Circuit board layout
• Design for Seismic Environment, and EMC qualification
• Knowledge of Altium Designer - PCB Design Software
