The Role
We're looking for an Product Engineer who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and research. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with forward-deployed engineers and end users, developing innovative tools for both internal teams and external customers. You will actively shape technical solutions, influence strategic direction, and contribute meaningfully to our culture.
We’re looking for a front-end engineer to bring our web platform to the next level. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our AI team to build interfaces that help customers understand and interact with their automations. You’ll actively shape technical solutions, and be a key stakeholder in one of our most important products, the Automat platform.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with our forward deploy team to understand how customers interact with Automat’s platform today.
Build interfaces that use cutting-edge computer use models in real world applications.
Influence our engineering practices, shape product direction, and contribute to company culture

What’s in your toolbox
Above all else: Excellent frontend skills - you can quickly build awesome stuff in at least one mainstream frontend framework.
Hacker mindset - you know when to ship out functional v0 by any means necessary and don’t pixel peep for no reason
Proficiency in using Figma as an aid to development
Proficiency in Python and Typescript
Experience building with frameworks like Next.js and Svelte kit and extensive experience working with REST APIs to power frontends
Experience using AI tools effectively (e.g. Cursor, Windsurf, lovable, etc.)
