Program Manager-- Activation Lead
Location:
Remote-- only local to Chicago, NYC, Austin (onsite visit once a month)
Compensation: $65-72/hr (W2)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Duration: 6-month contract (probable extension/conversion)
Target Start Date: January 2026

Job Overview:
The Activation Lead will support the Monetization Incentives Activation team by focusing on the execution of activation & GTM plans for multiple incentives for our different sales channels. This role is responsible for supporting the rollout, engagement, and adoption of incentive programs by coordinating activation activities, enabling sales teams, and ensuring effective communication of program benefits.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • GTM Activation: Partner on execution Monetization Incentives activation plans by coordinating with key XFNs from sales, operations, insights and other XFNs.
  • Act as a key partner for sales teams, providing timely information, materials, and support to drive incentive activation.
  • Help organize and deliver training sessions and OHs to ensure sales teams are equipped to utilise incentive benefits.
  • Communicate: Draft and share clear communications about benefit launches and changes geared towards audiences.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from sales and XFN teams to inform future activation strategies.
  • Prepare sales-facing summary reports and insights in partnership with Activation Lead.
Qualifications:
  1. 3-4 years' operational rigor and project management; 4 years' business experience working with sales teams, agencies and/or partners.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Able to lead discussions with key stakeholders to explore, evaluate, and develop best practices.
  • Strong team player with demonstrated project management skills. Will be asked to keep multiple projects and programs moving simultaneously.
  • Experience working effectively within a changing environment and pivoting to areas of greatest opportunity under ambiguous situations.
  • Works well under pressure, resourceful, works well independently and is a self-starter.
  • BS/BA degree
  • Has worked in the tech industry (TikTok, Google, Advertising) preferred
