Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales efforts, focusing on growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, brokers, and clients.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and achieve financial targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and market development initiatives.
• Represent Cigna in the community and develop external relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years in a leadership role within healthcare, sales, or related industries.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex sales strategies.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 50%+.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $257,800 - $386,800, plus bonus and long-term incentives. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and holidays.
