We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Technician to join our team in Houston. This work-from-home position offers the opportunity to contribute to our organization's data management efforts while working remotely.
- Input data into company databases and systems with high accuracy and efficiency
- Verify and validate data to ensure completeness and accuracy of information
- Review and update existing data in computer systems
- Sort and organize physical and digital documents
- Maintain data confidentiality and security
- Create and maintain data entry logs
- Generate regular reports on data entry activities
- Identify and report any data discrepancies or errors
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry with minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with data entry software and database management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous remote work experience preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
