We are looking

for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team full-time at Cellmetics Beauty. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging, and performance-driven video content for Meta and other digital platforms. This role requires a keen eye for storytelling, strong technical editing skills, and an understanding of digital marketing trends. 

Get ready to

• Create and edit videos tailored for different platforms, ensuring they are engaging, logical, and professional
  
• Use various editing and graphic software to bring concepts to life such as
  
• Input music, sound effects, dialogues, graphics, and visual effects to enhance video impact
  
• Produce both rough and final color-graded videos
  
• Apply best practices and industry know-how to optimize content for performance and engagement
  
• Clearly communicate progress and updates with team members
  
• Continuously explore and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency and creativity
  
• Work across multiple project deadlines efficiently
  

We expect you to

• Have 1-2 years of experience in video editing, ideally with a focus on digital marketing content for platforms such as Meta and Tiktok (would be a plus if have experience with youtube video ad creation)
  
• Have in-depth knowledge of Meta advertising platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  
• Be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
  
• Good knowledge of AI generative tools for video production and final result delivery.
  
• Be comfortable working with various types of visual materials, from ideation to final output
  
• Have a foundational understanding of performance marketing principles and strategies
  
• Be curious, fast, and creative, with a strong attention to detail
• Have common sense and strong English communication skills

Salary

Gross salary range is 2500 – 3000 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
