Retail Appointment Setter / Lead Generator (No Telemarketing or Door-to-Door!) at Peak Home Performance summary:

As a Retail Appointment Setter and Lead Generator, you engage customers directly inside Home Depot or Lowes stores to educate them on Heating & Air Conditioning services and schedule free in-home estimates. The role focuses on building customer rapport, using company-provided smartphone tools to submit leads, and supporting sales efforts without telemarketing or door-to-door interaction. This position offers a base hourly wage plus uncapped commissions, with opportunities for ongoing training, career growth, and performance incentives.

Your Role:

• Greet and engage customers inside Home Depot or Lowes
• Educate customers on Heating & Air Conditioning services
• Schedule free, no-obligation in-home estimates
• Use company-provided tools (smartphone-based app) to submit leads
• Help customers find the right solutions for their home comfort needs

What You'll Bring:

• Strong customer service & communication skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for submitting leads while in-store
• Ability to pass a background check
• Sales or customer service experience preferred - but we'll train the right person!

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time (Flexible scheduling with shifts between 9AM-6PM)
Work Location:
In-person inside Home Depot or Lowes retail locations
