And there\'s a seat at the table for you. Position Summary We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking Quality Assurance Supervisor with a good eye for detail. Responsible for supervising the inspection and testing procedures of in-process and finished products and carrying out corrective actions necessary to ensure conformity with specifications and standards of customers. This position is also responsible for training, validating and on-going monitoring of the daily activities of the QA Technicians, as well as the completion of daily quality compliance testing and paperwork. Inspecting goods or products according to quality and safety standards. Ensuring goods and products comply with company standards as well as Federal and State law. Ensuring test equipment is calibrated and working correctly. Reporting quality anomalies to the supervisor. Collating test data and drafting quality reports. Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes. Ensuring production is not hindered by quality testing procedures. Work in a fast-paced environment What You\'ll Bring: Previous quality assurance experience, preferably in food manufacturing Attention to detail Drive to succeed.
