Job Summary:

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans, recording and communicating patient conditions as necessary.
• Coordinate care across all disciplines for seamless patient experiences.
• Execute physician and nursing orders effectively.
• Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
• Participate in physician rounds in an inpatient setting.
• Apply evidence-based practices to ensure age-specific and clinical needs are met.
• Uphold professional nursing standards and the ANA Code of Ethics.
• Maintain a constant state of alertness and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education for licensing.

Experience:

• No prior experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Constant use of speech for communication.
• Frequent standing, walking, and lifting/carrying objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, reaching, and keyboard use.
• Occasional lifting/moving of patients and objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
