Sanitation Worker
Pay Rates starting at $21.31
Shift Premium $2.00

Key duties include disassembling equipment for thorough cleaning, following strict safety protocols like lockout/tagout, and working overnight or during off-shifts. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, the ability to follow complex instructions, and often involves hazardous conditions.

• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment in production areas.
• Complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment.
• Complete mandatory food safety/GMP training as outlined for the job assignment.
• Using high pressure hoses, high caustic chemicals, and manual scrubbing to meet strict food safety standards and USDA regulations.

Work Environment / Physical Demands

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F.
• Ability to work in heated environment, temperatures ranging to 140°F
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Work in a fast paced environment, with repetitive motion work
• Ability to work overtime as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred

Experience / Work History

• Prefer previous manufacturing experience
