New Holland, PA school district is seeking a School Facilities Associate to join their team!

Job Title: School Facilities Associate

Location: New Holland, PA

Pay Range: $17 Temp to hire!

Shift: 3p-11p M-F

What's the Job?

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure all facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down for events and meetings.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient facility operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Good work history with reliable attendance.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and TB test.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions.
