DZA PLLC is hiring remote Senior Assurance Auditors for the healthcare and not-for-profit industries . As an external senior assurance auditor, you will lead audit engagements to verify a company's financial statements, manage audit processes, oversee junior staff, assess internal controls for risk, and communicate findings and recommendations for improvement in detailed audit reports with compliance on regulations, providing assurance to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 4-7 years of recent public accounting audit and assurance experience in the healthcare and non- profit industry
• Proven ability to professionally lead audit engagements, oversee projects and staff, and work effectively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities
• Identify engagement inefficiencies and develop practical solutions
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, client service, supervisory, problem-solving, and time management skills
• PC skills including proficiency with MS Excel and Thomas Reuters Engagement Manager software
• CPA license required or obtainable
• Occasional travel for conferences and client visits

• $81,000-$99,000 based on experience
