Your Role:
The Senior Director, Value, Access & Pricing (VAP) is a core member of the market access leadership team and will design, implement and support execution of the value proposition of Springworks products through market access channels. This individual will support designing the market access strategy for a targeted therapeutic area pricing strategy and communicating the value of Springworks products to core customer audiences, (payers, c suite, population-based decision makers, pharmacists, pathway developers, external thought leaders etc.).
Location Classification Hybrid :
This role will be required to work onsite 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) or more depending on business needs. #LI-Hybrid

The expected salary range for this position is $200,000 $265,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
