Job Details

• Minimum of 3+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Strong leadership characteristics and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Advanced understanding of all bidding divisions, cost control, and knowledge of local trades preferred.
• Experience working for a GC/CM in commercial construction preferred.
