We haven't thought of a better name yet, so we just have opted to call them PMOs (pronounced p-moes).

Don't let the unconventional title fool you, this role is mission critical for the company. Let me explain.

• A rotational program that's one-of-a-kind.

We've designed the PMO role to be a rotational program where you build down-funnel sales chops, establish product foundations, and weave a composite understanding of customer pain. With this, you're armed to either :

• Go fully into selling to our biggest and hardest customers.
• Or go work on the product itself.

We see this as a perfect instantiation of the hands-on rotational product manager program that experienced builders, startup vets, and post-MBAs deserve.

• PMOs are critical in both pre-sale and post-sale. So is their leader.

The reason we created this job was because we wanted one person to span the pre-sale and post-sale so that the understanding technical customer needs and solution design doesn't get thrown over the wall after the deal is signed. When a customer asks, This is great and all, but who's going to be actually doing the work? our PMOs can answer, You're talking to them!

You will support clients as a PMO while developing our PMOs and shaping the department's future. This is crucial, as our customers are DOSS.com's top priority and our PMOs are a national treasure.

• You will earn the right to work on core product.

Deep understanding of customer problems and designing solutions in the platform often reveals gaps and under-performing functionalities. Those insights are invaluable for improving the core product. We believe that this is the pathway to earning the opportunity to work directly on the product.

What you'll do

• Pre-sale : work with prospects and Doss AEs to perform solutions engineering.
• Post-sale : execute customer onboarding, change management, and support functions.
• Identify gaps in the product and synthesize the durable primitives needed for DossARP.
• Manage a team of high performers in this unique role.

• This role involves understanding our customers' businesses deeply, modeling them in Doss, and determining feasible solutions. It's an exercise in empathy and understanding, often starting with data analysis.

Compensation

• Salary range : $160k-$220k.
• Includes equity, with details based on skills, experience, and education.
