A global leader in bioanalytic and biopharmaceutical testing is seeking a Senior/Principal Scientist to join their growing team. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, on-site 5x a week in Lancaster, PA. This resource will be joining a large lab team and work closely with their peers. This resource will be responsible for using various HPLC techniques to develop and optimize methods, design experiments, and troubleshoot. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing proteins, have experience working within a cGMP environment, and have hands-on biopharmaceutical lab experience. This role provides various opportunities for growth and enhancing mentorship skills, as well as the opportunity to be involved with some of the company's largest clients.

Required Skills and Experience:

• B.S./M.S./ PHD in Chemistry or related degree
• 5+ years in biopharmaceutical lab experience
• 3+ years of experience performing analytical testing on large molecules specifically (proteins, DNA, antibodies, etc.)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience using HPLC techniques (SEC, IEX, RP) to identify certain data (running the instruments, setting the instruments, setting up a run or sequence, preparing all samples, putting the data, writing reports, troubleshooting when issues come up)
• 3+ years of experience with method development and validation of proteins and/or protein products (developing methods from scratch)
• Professional experience in a (current) cGMP environment (experience with running instruments in a GMP environment, GMP documentation, data integrity, following a method to developing a method to validating a method and then writing a brand new method)

Compensation :

$100,000/year to $120,000/year.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
