About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support a LinkedIn outreach and content campaign for a global technology client. This part-time freelance role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, comfort managing multiple LinkedIn profiles, and experience using Hootsuite to schedule, track, and report on content performance.
Responsibilities
Manage and schedule weekly LinkedIn posts for multiple SDR (Sales Development Representative) accounts using Hootsuite.
Maintain and update a shared content calendar based on the campaign playbook.
Monitor post engagement, comments, and reactions; flag high-value interactions.
Pull weekly performance reports (CTR, impressions, engagement) and provide insights on trends.
Coordinate with the internal marketing team for post approvals and content alignment.
Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and posting cadence across profiles.
Requirements
Proven experience managing LinkedIn or social media scheduling via Hootsuite (required).
Familiarity with B2B marketing, sales enablement, or SDR campaigns (preferred).
Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and follow brand voice guidelines.
Based in Ventura County or Los Angeles County (preferred) — remote with occasional in-person coordination if needed.
