Our challenge

We are seeking an accomplished AI Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions that address complex business challenges. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong client-facing and advisory skills, bridging business needs with innovative AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will partner with clients, sales, and delivery teams to shape strategy, define architectures, and drive adoption of next-generation AI solutions.

The Role

Responsibilities:

Presales & Client Engagement

• Collaborate with sales and account teams to identify AI opportunities, shape proposals, and deliver winning solutions.
• Lead client discovery workshops to assess AI maturity, understand business challenges, and define solution roadmaps.
• Develop solution blueprints, reference architectures, and compelling client presentations.
• Support RFPs/RFIs by defining architectures, approaches, and delivery models.
• Evangelize AI capabilities through demos, proof-of-concepts, and thought leadership sessions.

Technology Consulting & Solutioning

• Define end-to-end AI solution architectures across data engineering, ML models, MLOps, and system integration.
• Provide expert guidance on AI/ML frameworks, cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and emerging GenAI technologies.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards for scalability, security, governance, and compliance.
• Advise clients on AI operating models, adoption strategies, and change management.
• Translate emerging AI innovations into actionable business use cases.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and industry consultants to co-create impactful solutions.
• Mentor and guide delivery teams on AI best practices and methodologies.
• Influence product/service offerings and go-to-market strategies with AI-led capabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and C-level client executives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on AI/ML solution design and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), data engineering, and MLOps.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, including presales and advisory engagements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
