We’re hiring a Solutions Architect to serve as the technical bridge between our customizable fleet of generative AI agents and healthcare enterprises. You’ll translate operational pain points—hold times, appointment no-shows, referral leakage—into scalable AI solutions powered by voice AI, VAPI, FHIR, HL7, and deep EHR/PMS integrations. This is a full-time, on-site role in San Francisco; visa sponsorship is not available.

What We’re Looking For

• Core Experience: 5–15 years in customer-facing technical roles, including 2+ years in pre-sales or solutions engineering. Proven ability to map business challenges to technical solutions and act as a trusted advisor to executives and clinicians.
• Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience with voice AI, VAPI technologies, FHIR, HL7, and healthcare workflows. Familiarity with genAI agents, API orchestration, or omnichannel platforms strongly preferred.
• Communication & Influence: Exceptional at demoing complex systems, simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and building credibility with C-suite and IT stakeholders.
• Startup DNA: Prior experience at a high-growth AI or health-tech startup (YC, Series A/B stage) is a major plus. Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and 40–50% travel for demos and events.
• Bonus Points: Direct exposure to hospital call centers, specialty clinics (orthopedics, cardiology, etc.), or patient access operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; advanced certifications (AWS, FHIR) welcome.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary technical advisor to prospects and customers, conducting discovery, scoping integrations, and aligning platform capabilities with ROI goals.
• Design and lead customized, high-impact demos and proof-of-concept pilots that showcase real-world outcomes (e.g., 80%+ reduction in abandonment, 50%+ fewer live-agent calls).
• Partner with Account Executives to qualify leads, shape deal strategy, and close enterprise contracts. Support post-sale implementation and optimization.
• Capture frontline insights to influence product roadmaps—prioritizing features, AI safety guardrails, and specialty-specific enhancements.
• Build reusable sales assets (demo scripts, ROI calculators, integration guides) and enablement content to accelerate team velocity.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $175,000 – $225,000 (includes OTE via uncapped commission).
