Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district located in Manor, Texas is seeking a dedicated Dyslexia Interventionist to support elementary and middle school students. This contract position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students literacy development within a K-12 setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted dyslexia intervention services based on students individual needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and specialists to support student progress
• Utilize evidence-based reading strategies aligned with the Reading by Design certification
• Track and report student growth and communicate effectively with families and staff
• Support bilingual students when possible, using Spanish language skills

Qualifications:

• Must hold Reading by Design certification
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
• Experience working with dyslexia or reading interventions in elementary and middle school settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Position Details:
