To be considered, applicants must:

Be a rising college junior graduating May 2028 - August 2028 pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
Demonstrate financial need.
Explore summer internship opportunities with Spectrum.
Have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Have authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for employer sponsorship.
Must be able to participate and successfully complete all program-related activities.
Reside within 50 miles of a Charter corporate office in Stamford, CT, Charlotte, NC, St. Louis, MO, Denver, CO, Austin, TX.
Major in one of the following areas in residing location:
