The wearable digital products provide real-time monitoring of a chronic medical condition affecting over 10% of the US population and 850M+ people globally. These market-leading products offer personal, actionable insights, are user-friendly, and can reduce hospitalizations by up to 50%. The company is scaling its strategic marketing team and creating a new position focused on setting the commercial strategy. This is a high-visibility leadership role within an innovative, bold product strategy team. The Opportunity In this role, you and your team will own the global market research strategy for this product. Your approach will advise senior leadership on commercial strategies. You will thrive in ambiguity, solving complex business problems, and leading a broad research agenda. You will manage a large research budget, including P&L responsibility, and oversee a small team of market research and analytics professionals. Your work will provide insights to optimize business performance, focusing on market research, business analytics, competitive intelligence, and marketing effectiveness. Responsibilities include designing and directing research, managing survey design, message testing, A/B testing, and campaign measurement, using both qualitative and quantitative methods. You will present and defend actionable insights to executive management, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams from marketing, sales, corporate development, and finance. The ideal candidate will be strong in market research, team development, and executive communication. Qualifications: 10+ years of analytics/market research experience in med tech, biopharma, or healthcare 5+ years of people management experience Global experience is highly desirable Strong presentation and influencing skills at the executive level Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MS in Statistics, Finance, or related field preferred This position offers a competitive base salary, annual bonus, generous 401k match, and comprehensive benefits.
