Avante at Leesburg is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to be responsible for ensuring that staffing needs are met in the most cost-efficient manner. Audit time sheets and report overtime to the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Excellent administrative, phone and interpersonal skills

• Must be able to demonstrate good judgment, self-control and tact in dealing with

co-workers, staff and residents

• Experience with staffing and preparing work schedules

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 year of experience in an administrative or staffing/scheduling capacity
