Dealer Position

POSITION SUMMARY: The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. All employees are required to practice the customer courtesy skills of See.Say.Smile to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Graduate of a dealing school and/or live audition.
• Must be able to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Must be able to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
• Must be able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend and reach for the duration of a shift.
• Must be able to tolerate a variety of different levels of noise, illumination, temperature and crowdedness on the casino floor.
• Must be able to abide by the company appearance standards and maintain compliance with the company uniform policy.
• Must have good verbal communication skills.
• Must be knowledgeable of applicable Missouri state gaming laws and regulations.
• Must have strong mathematical skills.
• Must be able to work any shift, weekends and holidays.

WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
• Availability to work scheduled workdays, 7 days a week, varied work schedules and holidays.
• Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
• Ability to bend, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat, stand, and grasp as needed.
• Must be able to work in assigned tables with limited space, high volumes, diverse clientele, minimal and/or bright lighting and variation of climate control.
• Must be able to work with the public.
• Must be aware of surroundings.
• Must be able to lift 25lbs and stand for long periods of time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Require a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Knowledge of game procedure and internal controls.
• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Act with discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Valid Missouri Gaming license.
• Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification.
• Must complete all required company training.
• Must have completed required dealing school or its equivalent.
