Our commercial janitorial company is looking for a temporary full time (Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:30, Friday 8am-5pm) fully bilingual (Spanish and English) receptionist to join our Human Resources team, with the possibility of becoming permanent. Must be friendly, reliable, computer savvy, multi-tasker, detail oriented and have a professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette. We are looking for a "people person" who shines at the front desk.Responsibilities:Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person/process.Assist job candidates with various stages of the application processAnswer phones, take messages or transfer callsAssist with day-to-day office maintenancePerform data entryCopying/faxing/scanningReceive and distribute mail, messages, and packagesPerform other duties as assignedJob Requirements:Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar office role.Experience working with MS Office Suite (Excel, outlook, word, Powerpoint)Must be comfortable speaking with people of various backgrounds.Must be self-driven, motivated, and able to work with little supervision.Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Spanish fluency is a must.Excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a group environment.Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.To start working for PJS, candidates will need to present valid documentation that verifies their eligibility to work legally in the US. They must also be able to pass a 7-year criminal background check once a conditional job offer has been received.We are looking to move forward and fill this position quickly.
