Our client located in Commerce, GA is seeking a Contract-to-Hire HR Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Will work closely with the Sr. HR Generalist on administrative HR tasks.
• Coordinate paperwork with temp agencies for temp to hire employees.
• Make sure all paperwork is filled out and filed.
• Generate badges and set up employees for safety training.
• Other tasks/projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Someone who is self-driven and who has handled administrative tasks in previous role.
• 1+ years of HR experience.
• UKG experience is a plus, any HRIS system experience is required.
• This role is fully onsite in Commerce, GA.
• Assignment is expected to last up to 6 months.

Pay rate is up to $21/hr.

Arlington Resources offers medical, dental, and vision insurance to all employees starting on day 1! Will be eligible to take part in our 401K plan after 45 days on assignment.
