- NRPCertifications preferred: AWHONN Advanced Must-Have: Labor and post-partum experience required Description: Hard-stop: labor and post-partum experience is required. Will allow 4x12 upon request. Ratios are 1:3. First-timers accepted. Block scheduling is not available. Candidates will float between like units. Travelers must be willing to float between nearby facilities if required. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. RTO must be included at the time of submission. Travelers must be willing to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Copy of certifications is required. References: Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting. Modules are non-billable, with an average of 16 hours spent. Time spent on modules is self-reported.
