• Scrub Color: Facility-provided OR attire\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,070–$2,220 per week\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Kentucky or compact state\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience (5 years preferred)\n
• BLS certification (additional healthcare certifications may be required)\n
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure surgical environments and work collaboratively\n
• Experience in Orthopedics, General Surgery, Ob/GYN, Ophthalmology, ENT, Pediatrics, and Urology preferred\n
• Robotics experience is a plus for OR RN jobs\n
• Compliance with OR attire and PPE requirements\n

\n\nOperating Room Nurse Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, prioritizing safety and comfort\n
• Assist with surgical procedures in specialties such as Orthopedics, General Surgery, Ob/GYN, Ophthalmology, ENT, Pediatrics, and Urology\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Medhost/CQI EHR\n
• Participate in rotating call schedule for evenings and weekends\n
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams\n
• Follow infection control and safety protocols in all clinical settings\n
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced hospital environment\n
