Job Title: Trial Attorney
Salary Range: $100K- 200K
Type of Position: Full Time \n

Location: Fully Remote (Must be able to attend in person hearings, depositions and trial preparation)

Job Description:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

\n

\n
• \n Draft pleadings (complaints, motions, oppositions)
\n
• \n Draft and review discovery, meet and confer letters, and discovery motions
\n
• \n Argue motion and opposition hearings remotely and in Court
\n
• \n Take and defend percipient and expert depositions
\n
• \n Prepare pre-trial documents and trial materials
\n
• \n Active participation in trial
\n
• \n Strategically litigate cases by obtaining key evidence to work up case file
\n
• \n Draft mediation briefs and attend mediation, active participation in negotiating settlements
\n
• \n Regular client communication
\n
• \n Assist in management of litigation assistants and paralegals
\n
• \n Attend regular trainings for professional development
\n

\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• \n Candidate has a JD and is admitted to the California bar
\n
• \n Strong written and oral advocacy skills
\n
• \n Highly motivated to learn and grow
\n
• \n Very well organized
\n
• \n Resourceful and persistent
\n
• \n Civil litigation or personal injury experience is a plus
\n
