Our Portland branch is on the lookout for a mission-oriented Trial Attorney to join our close-knit team of attorneys, legal assistants, paralegals, and support staff. Together, we are dedicated to supporting our clients throughout their recovery journeys.

• Conduct Trials: Represent clients in high-value personal injury trials, utilizing your legal expertise and persuasive advocacy skills to secure successful verdicts.
• Litigation Mastery: Manage all aspects of litigation, from case analysis and strategy development to discovery, motions, and settlement negotiations, showcasing your commitment to thorough preparation.
• Client-Centric Approach: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their voices are heard and their interests are protected throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborative Environment: Work alongside our talented legal team, including paralegals and support staff, to develop comprehensive trial strategies and ensure seamless execution.

• 3-5 years of civil law experience (personal injury preferred)
• At least 1 year of trial/litigation experience
• Admission to the OR bar

Our office is located in the heart of downtown Portland. This position offers a hybrid work model, with three days in the office and two days remote after a 12-week fully in-person training period.

Enjoy a competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 - $250,000 , along with a bonus structure to reward your hard work!
