You just got your Class A license but no one will hire you without OTR experience. We will. Are you ready to get started with your truck driving career, but lack the driving experience?

We are presently looking for recent CDL school grads or those who have graduated from CDL school within the last 2 years. Freight is running heavy & more drivers are needed everyday.

When you first start training you will go out with a trainer for 30 days straight. No time off during this period. Very much like basic training in the military.
During this period you will earn training pay of only $650 per week. After you complete training you'll come home and take 2-5 days off to wind down.
Then you'll sit down with your driver manager and choose one of many openings we currently have.


Once drivers get assigned their own company truck that is when you salary goes up to $1200-$1400 on average. Some accounts are paying up to $1600 per week.


The process;

Send us your resume, we then will reach out to do a short phone interview. At first, we will pre-qualify you over the phone. If you qualify, you will complete an enrollment application online. Please allow 24-48 hours processing time.

Next, once you are approved, we will get you set up for orientation. Orientation will be held at the closest location to your home for one day.


Upon successful completion of orientation you then go out with your trainer for 30 days straight.


After those 4 weeks in training, you will then be eligible to go right into a dedicated, regional or OTR run, which will give you bigger paychecks, quarterly safety bonuses, as well as layover & detention pay. Most drivers average $1200 - $1400 per week

All of our equipment is newer & well-maintained. We offer both automatic & 10 speed trucks. We also accept automatic license restrictions.

All applicants must meet the following requirements to apply:

• Must be 21 years old
• Must have attended a 120 hour Academy training in the last 2 years
• Must have an excellent 10 year work history, no long term unemployment
• Must have a current valid Class A CDL & DOT medical card
• Must have a fairly clean background. No charges pending.
• Must be able to send us a copy of your CDL school completion certificate showing at least 120 hours of attendance.
• Must be willing to drive OTR at first, staying out 10-14 days at a time if no regional or local jobs are available after training.
• Must be able to pass background checks & all DOT related tests hair or urine
• Must possess a fairly clean MVR . Must provide accident reports for any accident in the last 5 years
• Must provide copies of any ticket you received in the last 3 years. With no current charges pending.
