As the VP of Capital Markets, you will oversee debt and equity strategy, manage institutional relationships, and ensure liquidity and compliance for all loan products. • Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Legal, and Compliance to ensure all originations align with fund strategy and regulatory requirements

  • Strong grasp of non-QM and conventional mortgage products
  • Excellent modeling, pricing, and credit structuring skills
  • Experience negotiating term sheets, managing investor relations, and leading closings
  • Clear communicator with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration ability
  • Ideally based in Austin, TX
Bonus Points For

  • CAIA or CFA
Why Join Us

  • Influence both sides of the market: prime and underserved
  • Executive-level visibility and influence
  • Competitive salary
