Operations Manager

Salary Range: $80,000-$85,000 + Bonus
An expanding discount retail company is looking for individuals ready to grow as Operations Manager for their distribution center in Indianola, MS.
As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of the distribution center. From managing inventory and ensuring efficient order fulfillment to supervising a team of employees, you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, experience in inventory management and order fulfillment, exceptional leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
