Title : HCM Functional Testing

Location : New jersey / North Carolina

Hiring Mode : Remote with occasional in person workshop meetings

Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for HCM applications
Identify document and track defects through resolution
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand system requirements
Perform regression testing after system updates or new feature implementations
Conduct User Acceptance Testing UAT with end users and stakeholders
Provide training and support on testing processes and documentation standards
Ensure that testing aligns with system performance standards and business requirements

Requirements

7 years of experience in functional testing preferably in HCM systems
Strong understanding of HCM processes such as payroll recruiting and talent management
Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools including automated testing capabilities
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
