SurrogateQualifications:

Womenaged 21-43 years
Have given birth to a child in your care
Uncomplicated pregnancies and deliveries, able to get OB/GYN approval to be pregnant
Living inastableandsupportive environment
US citizens or permanent residents
Leadingahealthy, non-smoking lifestyle, drug and vape-free
No felony convictions
Willing to sign HIPPA and all legal forms with attorney consultation provided
Not on government financial assistance (e.g., food stamps, housing aid, cash assistance)
No prior surrogacy experience required
