OVERVIEW:
Our client is searching for a 2026 Private Equity Associate based in Miami, FL. The Associate will support the investment process and meaningfully contribute to all facets of a deal process including; industry research and deal evaluation, financial modeling, valuation analysis, transaction structuring and negotiation, investment committee approval process, and pre and post-merger due diligence.
